Showroom Manager

Mady is our Keystone’s Fireplace & Stove showroom manager. Even though she is our newest employee, she isn’t new to the industry. She has been in the hearth industry for over 6 years and loves talking about all the features and details you will find in various home heating appliances. Her strength is her knowledge of the product lines we offer as well as how she connects with a customer. She enjoys attend industry training events, trade shows and conventions. She is even in the process of taking her NFI Hearth Design Specialist exam.

Mady is married and a mom to 4 kids and they have 3 dogs and 2 cats (she is a huge pet lover). She loves spending time with her family, she is an excellent baker and has dreams of a vacation home on the beach. Her favorite beach to visit is Henlopen/Rehoboth.

Eric Holtry is our NFI Master Hearth Specialist. That means he has passed the National Fireplace Institute gas, wood and pellet certification exams. In addition to being an NFI Master Hearth Specialist, Eric also holds his CSIA chimney technician certification. Eric has been with Anderson’s Chimney / Keystone’s since 2013 but came to us with 10 years of previous chimney experience under his belt. Eric has an amazing eye for the details and is our gas and pellet trouble-shooter and he also handles a majority of our larger gas installs.

On a personal note, Eric lives in Newville and is married to our office manager, Jen. He is the proud father of a little girl, two dogs and a new rooster named Jello. He is a HUGE Philly sports fan and spends every chance he can get on the golf course.

David is a NFI gas specialists, and he recently celebrated his 3rd work-anniversary with Anderson’s. In addition to holding an NFI certification he is also a CSIA certified chimney technician. David handles some of our gas and pellet service as well as installs.

David loves the outdoors, fast cars, spending time with his girlfriend and has a son named Owen. He is also a volunteer firefighter for the New Cumberland Fire Department.

Edwin (we just call him Ed) started with Anderson’s about 4 years ago. Just like some of our other installers, he came to us with no real experience but over the years he has learned the trade and excelled at it. He currently holds NFI gas and wood specialist certifications as well as CSIA certification. He is phenomenal at putting his customers at ease and being able to explain to them his findings.

Outside of Anderson’s & Keystone’s, Ed is a fantastic cook (he use to be a chef), he likes to spend time with his family and friends and do things with his son.

Justin is not only Anderson’s work family, but he is also Ricks oldest and one of our CSIA certified technicians. He has worked in the family business since he was old enough to work. Justin’s chimney and fireplace super-power is his ability to communicate and relate to his clients and put them at ease.

Justin lives in New Cumberland with his girlfriend. He is always spending time with his family & friends and enjoys watching all sports but is a huge hockey fan – GO FLYERS!
